The beginning of the       Red Dirt Classic

THE FRAME

This had to be one of the biggest projects we have ever started, and my wife has been by my side the whole way. My wife found this old mobile home frame from a friend.  It was just what we wanted to build the loft on.  When it was delivered,  that was a site to see.  It was 14 ft. wide and 75 ft. long.

 LEFT  - Getting the frame level was the worst.

RIGHT - Putting the blocks under the frame.

LEFT - Floor framed, and thats our dog ( SHELBY )

RIGHT - Wire floors and starting the walls.

LEFT - West end wall and back wall.

RIGHT - Still framing walls.

 LEFT - The floors are all down and the walls are done.

RIGHT - Took a while to frame in the roof.

LEFT - Putting the siding on the out side walls. ( Smart-siding )

RIGHT - Getting the east end of the loft done, just needs the door.

LEFT - All the O.S.B. boards are on the roof.

RIGHT - Just put the roof on and the wind was blowing 20-30 mph. What a fun time that was.
